Absolutely Gorgeous....

  1. I have heard a lot of people talking crap about the 430, but I think it's breathtaking, and that it's power and spec are right on target. More than a 997S, but not too close to the 575M. If they have sorted the handling (a little less edgy) then this is an absolute winner!

    Thought?

  2. Agreed, gorgeous.

  3. 997S? and 575M? are you #$%#ing kidding? this would destroy them both.

  5. My new favorite auto.

  6. It is without doubt the best looking Ferrari I've seen up till now. Performance numbers rock too, Ferrari obviously wants to take on the Murciélago with this one.

  7. I think it will be more of a direct rival to Gallardo than Murcielago

  8. You're right. Of course Ferrari could give this car better stats, but for the price of a Modena, this is a wonderful addition to the V8 line. The performance is right on par for the consumer, as is the design.

  9. I have to say this is the most beautiful Ferrari I have ever seen, and it's not all in the car's looks, either- it's got the goods to back it up. awesome.

  10. awesome car

  11. it's growing on me but the 360CS is still way way more beautiful

  12. No way ,the 360 looks way better than this . Atleast it's not as ugly as the Gallardo though. heh

So if I had to choose I'd go with a 360CS over this ( or gallardo ) anyday.

  13. I just ordered the coupe this morning!!! It will arive here in Canada in mid to late spring
    230,000 canadian

  14. you did???????? lol

  15. It's a knee jerk reaction to the Gallardo, but not in the league pricewise, powerwise or presencewise to the Murcielago.

If you look at the V8 Ferrari range's history, they have consistently only increased capacity by 200 cc or even less with each new model, from the 308, 328, 348, 355 to the 360.

The next slated model was probably a 380, but then Lamborghini released the 5 litre V10 Gallardo with 500HP for the same price. So Ferrari had to answer with similar HP for their new model, hence the large jump to 4.3 litres.

The Gallardo still has 5% more power and 10% more torque than the F430, and also has AWD with only a 1.5% weight penalty. They are both all-aluminium construction with E-gear/paddleshift 6 speed gearboxes, and are in identical price brackets.

  16. yeah I'm sure you did

that's funny... my father purchased a 2003 360 spider last year. Fully loaded that car went for 308,000.00 canadian... hard to believe that the 430 is 75000 cheaper than a 360 spider! I know it's spider vs hard top... but come on! I usually don't post anything but i couldn't over look that.... what to i drive? a chrome m3 don't believe me? www.chromem3.com anybody hittin up SEMA in vegas next week can find it at the Eisenhaus booth. ciao

  18. My fav ferraris of the last years are the 355 and 456. I saw the 612 in Harrods en it does look better in real life

  19. i like people like lambodude6 who will never drive one of these cars, but feel the need to critisize them. what do you drive, lambodude6? a pinto? retard.

  20. I am a big fan of the 360 Modena. Looking at this, I can't say that there is anything really new in terms of styling. Just some small, noticeable changes. However, it is a sexy car and makes for a good looking upgrade in the V8 series.

  21. What is the price range on this model?

  22. I don't think they've released it yet.

  23. I agree, this is one of my most favorite looking Ferrari's.

  24. Are YOU f%#"ing kidding?? The F430 beat the 575M Maranello??? Not in a million years... And Ferrari wouldn't make them if they weren't THAT different...
