  6. Silly Africans... Some of those supercars on the first link looked nice though.

  7. Yes, Egypt still sells the Fiat 128, under the name El Nasr. The car, however, is Zastava-spec.

Don't ask me why I have an Egyptian newspaper on my room.

  13. the cobra :D

  14. The worst part is that the "Citi Golf" or otherwise known outside Africa as the Golf Mk.1 is still the best-selling car there <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/sad.gif"></A>

  17. We should post pictures of cars in centrel and eastern Africa.

  18. You mean like donkeys and camels and shit? They can't afford cars there. There's probably like 3 Old Range Rovers, and a G Wagon owned by white people in that whole area.

  19. you're half right. dunno about camels and shit. thats in egypt, and flows off towards iraq and jordan.

as for the cars, there's many small buses and taxis which get people around. most just walk or use bikes/bicycles.

old range rovers, yes. g wagons? hell no. i havnt seen one in SA

  20. Yeah, also, in Central Africa, they still produce cars like the Peugeot 504 and the Fiat/Zastava 128. And I'd kill for a new 504 =D

  21. I actually like this car. And anyway South Africa is a nice country, if it only didn't have so much crime I would even like to go there and stay for 1 or 2 years...

  22. Yea... I was trying to think of another old Range Roverish thing. I figured there might be an old 80s G wagon or 2 kickin' it around.

  23. There are many cars... huge traffic jams.. in central africa minbuses Nissan Urvan - 20 ppl can get in, in north africa - old mercedes is the icon no.1. The MB 190E picture is from Mauretania, Fiat Palio sedan at the camel is a popular new car in Morocco.
