  3. Re: Alfa has stated that they will not build this car.

they are going to build a new alfa after the gta it's called the "alfa romeo GTA 156M" and has a 3500cc/300bhp engine.

No, no, no, no, no, you're all wrong, they will build the Brera exactly like it is now, it was just announced last week.

  7. Re: Alfa has stated that they will not build this car.

They are going to build it but with a twin turbo Holden V6, and only 1000 units will be made.

and ofcourse none are going to be sold in north america

  12. Re: Alfa has stated that they will not build this car.

It will be released in 2004 (in UK anyway) and it will be called the GT Coupe. It will have some body changes but the engine will be the same.

  13. Re: Alfa has stated that they will not build this car.

Why would they be using a Holden V6. Holden is owned by GM. Alfa is owned by FIAT. FIAT and GM are competitors not partners, unless something has changed in the last six months that I havent heard about. So I would have to say you are wrong. I could see them using a Ferrari or maybe a FIAT engine but not a Holden.

  14. Re: Alfa has stated that they will not build this car.

gm has a stake in fiat

  15. Re: Alfa has stated that they will not build this car.

    since when!!

  16. Re: Alfa has stated that they will not build this car.

Damn shitty holden V6. Why don't they use that V8 instead? But are you sure they're going to use that GM engine?

  17. Re: Alfa has stated that they will not build this car.

if this went into mass production, it could be the successor of the dated Alfa GTV. think about the Spider version of this... that would be truly amazing

  18. The GT looks NOTHING like this. They need to produce 500 units of it looking like it is.

  19. dammit dammit dammit! Alfa needs to start bringing cars to the USA! It'll be a big hit!

  20. At the end of it all it is truly sexy!!
