Ben Fenner is new.

  1. Thanks for noticing. =]

I got tired of all the miss-information floating around here, as well as all the questions, with no answers. I'm looking to clean up, and learn a few things myself in the process.

This is a great site, and forum. It was about time I contributed.

  3. You're pretty cool. I'm going to assume you've visited this site for a bit, correct me if I'm wrong, so you might stay for a while, unlike most new members who make threads in this forum. Also, I love the wheels. But to be even more gorgeous, a 60s Mini needs to sit on them...

  4. Thanks for the compliment.

Yep, I had been here for a while before making an account, and I should be around for a while.

I love the wheels too. =]

I love it when I see them on a Datsun 510, Austin Mini, old Cam Am Mustang, VW Karmann Ghia, or any other older car that the wheels made their reputation on. They look so good. I'm glad I got mine, and I will have a hard time buying any other wheel for the rest of my life.

  5. Good to see new people willing to help improving this site, welcome and enjoy your stay!
If I can help you in any way, jus tell me <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/wink.gif"></A>

  6. Yeah, but because of their heritage it's sort of hard to put them on more modern cars, even more so seeing as the trend is headed towards bigger and bigger wheels (and cars for that matter).

  7. I wish I could find that picture of an early 90's Porsche 911 Turbo with 15", gold, C8 panasports. They were 10" wide or so in the rear. They looked great, even on a more modern car.

It may just be me, and the fact that is it my car, but I think they look great on it, just as good as on the older cars. I also think they look great on most other smaller imports, like the Honda CRX and such.
I know you like them, but do you think they look less than stellar on the B13 Sentras? Just not up to par with the Mini? =]

  8. Can-Am mustang? heh, never heard of one, I think you mean TRANS-AM mustang <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/smile.gif"></A>

  9. If the B13 is your model Sentra, I think they look awesome on it. Much better than I would have expected. As for the Porsche, I am going to have to doubtfully take your word for it... But yeah, I'd think that they would look good on quite a few of the smaller imports, as long as they are not fitted with outlandish bodykits and such. And sorry to disappoint you, but I'd take a Mini over your car <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/wink.gif"></A> But yours is one of the nicer imports I've seen.

  10. One of those 70's racing leagues. I'm not up on my racing leagues =/

I thought you'd mentioned the wheels because you saw the pictures of my car. I guess you might have been talking about my avatar.

If you haven't seen the pictures of my car, you should check out my third post on the second page of this thread.

Your link is a bit mixed up. Well, I mentioned the wheels for both reasons really, they are the same wheels that are on your car? I already saw the pics :S

  13. Yes, the wheel in my avatar is now holding the rest of my car off the ground.

how about you create a gallery for them and add them there if you make more <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/smile.gif"></A>

  17. I seriously was thinking; "Where can I keep these things? The personal gallery section would be a great place to keep them, but I can't post links there, so that won't work."

Uhhhhh.... I can post pictures there though.

Thanks for the kick to the face. It woke me up.

Edit: I remember why I wanted to do it this way. I want to save the threads of praise/hatred/opinions along with the comics themselves.

  18. you are the worst new member.

  19. Thanks man, I appreciate that.

  20. The Trans Am series Mustang was called Boss 302.

  21. Ben Fenner is secure in his sexual orientation, which makes him a little bit better than most guys.

  22. Sorry to intrude here, but i cant even make a new thread to introduce myself. I started an account in the general chat forums last week and was banned after 6 or so posts (the username was edmond dantes). Everyone thought i was a duplicate account. I'm posting here to officially introduce myself. My name is Andrew and I'm from Oakville Ontario. 21 years old. I drive a 2003 Lancer OZ and i love GTA VC so hence the name. Please dont ban me!

    Thanks

  23. the first thing to do is get an avatar, you wont look like a dupe account then.
