    I don't, but I'd estimate it at about 3.7 seconds. 1900 lbs., 600+ bhp, top speed of 217 mph, god damn!

    car does 296kph when hit by the speed trap at Le Mans in 1982, 0-100 in the 2s

    yes. Its prolly less than 3.7. its so light, 600 horse...Porsche...that shits as fast as any cars out today.

    You also have to remember it will have slicks on.

    The grip would be amazing.

    I miss GTP cars....

    call me crazy but i've never heard of this car if anyone knows were i can find a pick please tell me judging by the power to weight it sounds like a speed demon, could this take a mclaren f1 on the drag strip?

    In 1983 Ickx made it to 367 km/h. They were dominating LeMans in an incredible way: Between the first 10 vehicles were 9 956's.. now that's dominating. And for the 0-60? I guess low 3's, but who cares, where on Le Mans is that useful except for the pits?

    It all depends on gearing- the Porsche 959 Rally car did 0-60 in under 3. The 962 ought to be able to best that and still have a good top end.

    3.6? I'd guess closer to 3.0! Impressive, but nothing compared to Mark Donohue's Can-Am spec 917-30. This car has been clocked doing 0-60 in 1.9 and 0-100 in 3.9! No lie! I don't know of anything faster than that.

    The Can-Am 917/30 Spyder could supposedly do it in 1.9!!! In full tune, that car was producing 1500 hp and had a better power-to-weight ratio than a modern F1 car! It also had slicks 20 inches wide!
