but mine is the 06 model (it's purple)... from looking at the specs on the site though it's identical.
EDIT: apart from the pedals - i don't use SPDs or anything like that so they agreed to swap the standard pedals over to some huge, flat Truvativ ones.
i got a cheapo road bike. i staked/fell off last night when i was riding home pissed, cause my foot slipped off the pedal cause i was still wearing my work boots and it was raining. good story
Trek has owned Gary Fisher since like 93-94(?) and aren't half bad in my experience. Kewl bike.
SS =/= fixie. A fixie means there is no freewheel. The pedals are constantly moving, a ss has a freewheel which allows you to coast without pedaling.
Yeah, I realized that after I posted and that it'd probably not be a fixie mtb because that'd be grip of difficult to ride, but I'm too lazy to change it.
That's sexy. I'd love a single speed, but it's too hilly around here ;_;
