MT got 4.1 or something like that.
Automobile got the M5 to go to 62 in 4 flat.
btw, the torque the M5 provides is entirely sufficiant and it more prevelant in the M5s acceleration and throughout the gears.
4 flat is bs...you know it..
more bs then 4.1 for the e55? im just giving the best stated stats. i have no reason to believe the automobile magazine is wrong or deceptive.

BMW M5...I'd take either though.

Well, the 4600 pound S600 has done 0-60 in 4.2 seconds, and 4.3 repeatedly. It's not that unbelievable.

Yes, because 50 pounds heavier obviously makes it much slower.

Relaxed = more comfortable. There is no need to rev the engine excessively to achieve peak performance from the 5.4L V8. It won't punish you nearly as much over rough surfaces yet it isn't a slouch in the twisties either.
Not necessarily. It's relaxed when you want it to be, and fun when you want to have fun.
