dolla dolla bill yall
The R/T, SS, and track pack GT are all around $35k.
All three are so great, I guess the Camaro for the powerplant. Challenger is the best looking. The Mustang does everything pretty well.
Prolly take 370Z though.
Worst idea ever.
Challenger looks liek a #$%#ing boat. Camaro is cool cuz it's so fresh
The 69 is way way too overrated, in except in the igher SS/RS trim levels looks like any other plain 60's car, the '70 looked alot better, had more "US-Euro" styling.
Good that we have this decided. I am going to assume that this will be the last comparison between these vehicles.
in this comparo, i would have to go with the SS, but if they were to compare all the top- of-the-line versions (SRT8, Cobra, Black series) I would pick the cobra...More power!
Mustang. Especially since the new GT has a much better interior for '09 and has had some badly needed suspension work that actually works.
challenger is the only decent looking.
I like the Challenger more than the Mustang. I have a wait & see attitude towards the Camaro but I'll probably like it more than the Challenger. All three are cool and you have to give credit to the Mustang for being lighter than the others.
Camaro.. no contest
If by "US-Euro" you mean business in the front party in the back then yes, it has a lot more of that.
you wouldn't be saying that if they had a new GT500 to test.
I really wish that boss engine was ready for the mustang.
#%!@ we're not talking about a El Camino.
This made me LOL:
"But when was the last time you saw anything from Ingolstadt do a burnout? You want to kick ass, or fondle the door panels, sissy?"
I saw a production Camaro for the first time at Sebring last weekend. It was the V6 RS version though <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/sad.gif"></A>
Camaro because the only thing you need to change for a wet sump, LS7 to be dropped in is the knock sensor connector and computer (which plugs into the old harness or you can reprogram the Camaro computer).
That being said, rumor is a 550+ HP LS....whatever is in the CTS-V is supposed to be in the works for the Z28.
Did you think was I referring to the GT500? <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/disappointed.gif"></A>
The camaro just looks cooler. The new rear end on the mustang is nasty.
No matter, Chevy's eventual Camaro Z28 or SS (don't remember which is the top model) will beat the shit out of Ford's girder-axle brick on wheels.
what about the future KR?
camaro by a mile
