Very nice. I need to do some macro again
Awesome. Lens need a little bit of cleaning, but other than that its great! Even has a flash and tripod mount
this thing is so #$%#ing money
what's teh story behind it, where did you get it from?
My dad went to a flea market. 2 elderly people tried to sell it. Dad thought it would be a nice gift for me, as he knew i'm into photography. He only paid 12 euro's for it. Camera, manual, bag, release shutter, tripod mount and a flash. Not a bad deal.
nice. a remote shutter release? those are invaluable for tripod shots. have you taken any pics with it yet you can upload?
I haven't tried it yet. I have to load up a film roll first.
not the best pic but what a subject. i was getting a coffee and spotted this guy chilling with buddies in the parking lot. the base car was a 993 c2.
Was hoping the new one would arrive at work on Monday but it still hasn't yet. Every morning when I walk past the mountain of mail in the reception I look for a wooden box but nothing yet <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/sad.gif"></A>

Haven't posted in a while. Here's a family photo.
I'm listing mine tonight.
Just found out tonight that motion picture film is officially dead in NZ <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/sad.gif"></A>
sooo... I came across an 8.5x15 front standard, base, and all the hardware. Rate the impending failure as I attempt to build an 11x14 back for it.
yah and the lips on the rears are insane, like 6 inches or something. it had 335 or 355 rear tires!
Let this inspire you...
how stable is that tripod with the 8x10? looks not that much different from mine...
I really don't want to carry a 15lb tripod around tbh
Tripod's fine. The head's a joke, though. The camera only weighs 2.5kgs but it's considerably too much for the head. I knew that would be the case. Just looking at options. Should be able to get a head to match these legs and keep both under 5-6lbs.
Anybody going to post something that's actually worth looking at?
