Just for the experience. Even if its not the greatest of tracks, itd still be cool to drive it. Already put two very exhilarating tracks on there, might as well put an iconic track in a totally different sense there too.
Nurdschleife Mille Millege (I know I spelled it wrong) Panamericana (or the original Paris Dakar) EDIT: first one I'd take a Auto Union type C. the other 2 I'd take a Mercedes W196R slipstream.

Nurburgring Nordschleife Le Mans (without chicanes on the Mulsanne) Spa Francorchamps Probably a Group C car of some sort, a C9 or 956. With the exception of Spa, the other two tracks aren't particularly suited to an F1 car. I would want to crack 400km/h on the Mulsanne.
