Jeff's a great driver but it sure looked to me like his splitter got down on the apron, lifting the front wheels off the ground transferring all the grip to the rear tires and straightening the car out. Still badass though.
Meh. There have been far better saves then this. Look at the tires, the car did all the work. Watch other saves, you will see some crazy counter steer action.
??? saving like that on an oval with a 3500 lb stagger setup car at those speeds is practically impossible.
