    where my head truly splits is when you start to think about the small after pondering the large. for example in a single gulp of water you consume something on the order of 3 septillion, or 3000000000000000000000000 atoms, or ~300 times more atoms than there are stars in the universe. think about the ridiculous huge scale of the interactions going on in your mouth, fuuuuuuuuu
