How much did you paid? if you don't mind telling, of course
\ I wish that I could say I got a good deal Panda, but that would be a lie. I paid 63K+. I know, it's alot for a stang but I can truely say that this car drives and sounds amazing! I Don't know if it's the watts link rear suspension or the Pirelli Rosso's,but it sticks like glue to the road. Check out March MotorTrend, they got around the streets of Willows course almost 2 sec. faster than the 07 Shelby GT500.Consider that the GT500 has a 100hp. advantage and larger tires (285's vs.275)and it's all the more impressive! The way I see it it's all about the balance.-stewdee
Hmmm, that's a lot of money... but I think that for this Mustang, it's worth it. Congrats! again
I agree, it's alot of money for a new pony car. I'm just hoping with only 500 produced and hand signed by Parnelli and Saleen it retains its value a little better then the average steed. Sadly, even though I like the GT500 they were charging as much or more then the Parnelli when I ordered it. Now that is crazy considering they're making like 20K plus GT500's in 3yrs....although if Shelby does make the GT500KR I may have to add one of those to the collection!
you can just go to "add new pictures" at the top of your first post... anyway, that is one nice stang, and yes, a little pricey but i think in the long run (if you don't sell it and take care of it) it will def. be a collectors car.
from one stanger to another... SAH-WEEEEEEEET RIDE! i've got an '07 GT in black. the PJ has been my #1 version of the stang since it came out.. i've decided to get some side stripes just like those in bright silver, hopefully by summer...
What a coincidence, I saw a few of the Mustangs mentioned in the poll today. First a Tungsten Grey Roush Stage 3 at the Starbucks(well okay, it wasn't the 427); then while getting my car serviced at the local Ford/Mercury dealer I took a couple pics of a Shelby GT500 ($45k plus $30k dealer markup) and a Saleen S281 (on sale for $55k from $57k).
i've seen a black Shelby GT500... first one i've ever seen, wonder if it was the first black one made. all black, except grey stripe/GT500 lettering at the bottom.
