I bet it would take a reheating to get across a 1/4 mile, but then again it didn't have brakes so it might coast
i'm sure at 4km/h it wasn't to bad of an accident, the driver was probly just trying to stop it and decided to hit something lol

15min @ 4mph = 1 mile per reheat unless it takes a #$%#ing long time to reach 4mph then I reckon it would easily clear the quarter under it's own steam (literally).
Weighing 12,000kg, an accident in this thing could cause quite a bit of damage to other stuff. It's the same as a 1,200kg car crashing at 40km/h.
