Spied: Henessey Venom GT Its 2 feet longer than an elise, and an elise is 3 feet shorter than an enzo.
Spied: Henessey Venom GT Seriously? I completely disagree. If you follow the bottom edge of the car, just behind the front wheels the body work does a near right angle to meet with the significantly thinner cabin. I have no idea what that does for aerodynamics, but I've never seen another car have such a sudden change in width; If it were functional I can maybe understand, but I've never seen any other supercar do this.
Spied: Henessey Venom GT Obviously... But with the blackout color like this, it gives it that "high end" type look to it, and thus reminds me more of a Carrera GT. Maybe this will be James Bond' next car.
Spied: Henessey Venom GT Someone with connections please invite John Hennessey back onto this site and then promptly ban him again.
Spied: Henessey Venom GT Only if James Bond goes from a british gentleman to drug dealer nigger that appears in Rap videos.
Spied: Henessey Venom GT I know, but I think it'd still be cool to see him driving something like this. <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/smile.gif"></A> Maybe Lotus will bring something like this into the American Le Mans racing series, in the GT or GTC class. Keep the all-black color. <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/smile.gif"></A>
Spied: Henessey Venom GT This car is going to be bloody qiuck. Its power to weight ratio is insane. My only concern is how it corners. Hennessey plans to manage power output by using a programmable traction control system. CFD (computational fluid dynamic) tested bodywork and down force will help keep the Venom stable at high speeds.
Spied: Henessey Venom GT Just random guess, but perhaps to make it easier to open the doors. Perhaps if the cabin was as wide as the rest it would be hard to open the door when parked next to other cars. If that's the case, then he's lazy for not making it scissor doors. Or, maybe he was just lazy. But, if this thing is fast as he claims... (waits for chuckles)... then it's probably for aerodynamics.
Spied: Henessey Venom GT I don't mind what engine it uses, as long as it doesn't sound like shaking a jar of nails.
Spied: Henessey Venom GT I'm having trouble picturing the 90 degree bend you're talking about. I imagine the cabin is so much narrower because of how wide the tires are. But idk I don't see the huge width some of you guys are talking about. Some MS paint it for me <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/smile.gif"></A>
Spied: Henessey Venom GT ...Like a big Elise... <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/disappointed.gif"></A>

Spied: Henessey Venom GT If it handles very well, it's because of Lotus. If it handles like a piece of @#$%, it's because of Hennessey. You're too predictable, you fat, fury piece of @#%$!
