of course it will, but the zonda has few perks the S7 doesnt, like ABS. this way you wont kill yourself with all that power although the S7TT is better then the zonda, im afraid if the zonda was turbocharged to similar outputs, it would outpreform the S7 [thankfully this will never happen and the crown will stay in america] it has a larger engine with more cylinders, but still weighs about the same, [actually a bit less] has ABS, AND has bigger brakes to boot. i read that the zonda F has 1.4G skidpad but i find this hard to believe [ ]http://www.sci-mag.com/art2/art2p3.html] "The ClubsportÂ’s 1.4 g lateral acceleration figure is staggering for a street car." [page 3] but the S7 just loses the zonda in acceleration so thankgod for that either way, S7 looks better IMO
The only time ABS on this car is noticable is from 10mph to 0, if you dont know how to modulate the brakes
well, it looks the same as the other s7's. so it is AT LEAST as cool as them. it looks great... and i like the big american v8 in it, they just destroyed it when they only have 2 valve/cylinder... but if you have the money to buy the car, you will have the money to change it...
Are you guys fricken retarted? The Saleen S7 is one of the best cars ever made and could smoke a zonda, enzo, carerra gt or anything else.
When I talked to one of the Saleen engineers, he told me that if you can drive this car to its potential, then you don't need ABS. ABS and traction control are your feet. Saleen has two optional engine kits available for the S7, one of which is rated at 1200hp. So, who wants a little more power???
The Zonda is a great car with potential but I know it would not be a close race against an S7TT. I dont think it would even be close against a stock S7 on most circuits. The S7 cars are just too great.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't an S7R just on pole at Monza 1000K last weekend? Ahead of C6R, Aston DB9's, Ferrari 430's, MC12's, Porsche's. Sounds like that dated old American supercar is still pretty fast. 2007 LeMans series- The Saleen racing season is off to a great start. This past Easter weekend 4 S7R's took part in the French GT Championship. The weekend featured 2 1-hour races. In race #1, the No. 9 Oreca Saleen took the pole and the win and 3 of the 4 Saleen's finished in the top 5. In race #2, the No. 9 Oreca Saleen seemingly had the win again until a 30 second penalty for passing under the yellow relegated them to a 4th place finish. The No. 1 Oreca Saleen did podium with a 3rd place finish. All in all, race #2 saw 2 Saleen's in the top 5 and all 4 among the top 10 finishers
