How do you stay in shape?

    Though I've only done it a couple times this year.

    I don't own a car, so I bike wherever I go. I usually try to time myself over the ways I usually go. Every day becomes my finest hour.

    I lift a little/do semicardio exercises a lot, but usually I do whatever I feel like whenever I feel like doing it.

    I do abs with the kids I coach, usually.

  4. way to show me up. proof man, proof. like i said, i hardly eat because i am hardly hungry. never really hungry = never really starving.
  5. and yes, i am aware that i have said i went a week without eating. thats one week. i was born may 14 1987. do the math.

    I make sure I eat many small meals a day to keep my metabolism up.

    Then, for excersize, I'm usually parkor-ing.

    Edit: And if you were curious, I'm arguably better than what that guy displays in the video.

  13. i don't do anything at all. i just sit at home eating whatever the hell i like and i'm always around 160-165lbs or so.
  14. gym twice a week (there is a gym at my work building, free access<A BORDER="0" HREF=""><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/grin.gif"></A>) and on both saturdays on sundays i go mountain bike riding for about 2 hours.

    depending on committments, however, i might not be able to do all these things.

  16. lawl, i drink about a gallon of milk a day, thats all i drink.

  18. Kickboxing, mountain biking, weightlifting, occasionally step. Plus I bike about 10 miles a day when it isn't raining/really cold.

  21. I just ate a can of tuna and went for a 3km run. Reading about fitness while sitting here on my computer was making me feel gross and lazy.

    Did anybody else laugh for a really long time at this post? I've never found anything so funny on Infact, I don't think I've ever laughed like this at anything on the internet before.
