    I have this article in F1 Racing about them
    It said that they had a sort of magazine for free...

    It's definitely the car. Jos Verstappen is a great driver, but Justin Wilson drives the same lap times as he does. That means that it is easy to push the car to its limits, because the rookie like Wilson can perform like the expert Verstappen. I know Verstappen can do better, if he just had better materials. If he were in a Jordan, he'd be fighting for the points.
