What the hell are you talking about! The new cobra has 420hp, the mach 1 ran a 12.9 quarter mile, and the fastest quarter mile run for the gt is 13.7, so how is that for just looks? They are all plenty fast.

Chances are, if you were to race a few people who turbo/super charged their engines you wouldn't win so easily. Not to say that the foxbody Stangs were slow - if I recall correctly, the fastest street-legal drag racer is a Mustang.
Re: Its a Damn Shame Comparing a modified super charged pontiac to a stock Mustang doesn't prove anything, especially when you're talking about "raping" each other's cars. Unless you have hard facts, such as 1/4 times and 0-60 times to compare, don't assume your car is faster. The Bullitt GT is actually pretty fast even it's stock form.

Mustangs are a ferrari rip offs (except for amazing looks). They try to look like one by putting a running horse on it and fake wind scoops. Why do people like this car so much. It has 5-speed, 215 hp (which can be matched easily by a v6), and are easily smoked. <!-- Signature -->

I don't doubt that Mustangs can be fast, I have seen 1 break the 6's with a hugeass 40 thousand dollar supercharger on it. Wasn't streetlegal though, not even close... and that's the part of your argument that I'm having trouble with... and in fact, I haven't seen any streetlegal Mustangs break 10s and only two break 11s.
