Just so fucking cool
Reminds me of what made me love cars so much.
Not that there's anything wrong with the design, but what makes it so outstandingly cool for you? Seems like just another crazy concept to me.
In my opinion, the AM-RB001 and maybe even the Mercedes Project One have shown some similar lines in almost-production-ready cars.
It reminds me of all the cool hot wheels like concept cars from the 80s and 90s.
The AM-RB001 and Project One are just too obviously modern. It may not fully make sense. But this Lambo reminds of the late 80s "2020 concept" type cars that a lot of manufacturer's and hot wheels/toy companies were doing.
I know this thing is modern looking also. But there is just something old school about it.
Honestly, I don't see it. But I still think that Lamborghini are some of the best in the design business. The Aventador is absolutly gorgeous.
I wish the Lamboghini Cala got built, I think the designs need to be reigned in a little. Lambo has too many bonkers designs. I feel like the Murcie is going to be the last clean Lambo in a over a decade.
I agree. The Cala was my favorite design. It's always stood out to me. I have quite a few scale models of it in storage.
Though I do see a lot of Cala in the Sesto Elemento
I think there is pretty clear lineage there
Go figure, Diggs would get it from an Asian porn site.
Lol I didn't even notice that. It was a random Google image search.
Asian car* porn site.
Whole lot o tailpipe fuckin goin on
Sesto Elemento is pretty much my favourite modern Lamborghini
This really doesn't do much for me, I mean it's definitely a cool design, it actually looks like something that would come from Colani if someone told him to add some sharp angles. However, just as with a lot of Colani designs, it's just so far removed from what I would actually expect to see on the road, or imagine myself owning and taking on a road trip. It would be a cool movie car I guess.
But that's exactly the point when I say old school concept cars. Back in the day when they'd just make the craziest car they could. Knowing it'd never amount to anything other than an amazing show piece.
In a lot of ways I dislike that. But in so many ways it brings out my inner 8 year old who just wants to play with awesome hot wheels.
Yeah, from a static design point of view it's definitely cool. I don't know what it is, maybe I'm just not that into concept cars in general anymore. Part of that may be the fact that the cars actually being put into production these days are so crazy and impressive that there doesn't even seem to be much need for them. This car was compared to the Valkyrie at one point in this thread, and that's a verified production car in development, which is pretty ridiculous.
The Valkyrie is THE most exciting road car in development at the moment, and potentially for the last 20 years.
One of the managers at work has a son who was in the Red Bull pit crew for quite a while. He's working on the Valkyrie now which I'm super jealous of.
In my opinion, concept cars are only cool when trying to showcase what the future might look like. But that normally consists of more than just a cool design.
