  1. Moving from Brisbane to Margret River, or 3000+ miles of rainforest / desert / woodland / rocky mountains / endless plains / scrub wilderness, gonna drive my Mitsu, sleep in tent, got 2 months, wanna go wild camping, leaving end of March so the heat will be less, need a good Machete, have no knowledge about knives at all, got a good hunting knife and compass, that's it, want to show off to my gf like I'm a desert Ray Mears....

Yeah, so anyone have Machete xperians?

  2. 12 gauge shotgun with explosive rounds.

If you're being free, be free with the right tools.

  3. Margaret River is beautifyl.

  4. Exactly.

  5. You'll need a carbon fibre sword for all those blueberry bushes

  6. 5 Gerber mk2s glued together

  7. I coulndt keep my Diemaco C7A1 or the .45 so looking for the melee way of cutting down trees.

  15. youtube channel: csknives

watch them all. they're all as retarded as that, if not more

  16. the thing that sucks about this, is that I was just looking at an awesome catalog of machetes and knives yesterday and I gave it away, now I cant remember the name of the magazine. smh.

  17. ya...

    if youre blind!!!!

  18. I think they sell them at Canadian Tire. Start there.

  19. Ontario Knives 18" is pretty nice and under $20 USD.

They make three sizes, 12", 18" and I think 22"

The rear of my yard was an over grown mess when I bought the place. After trying to tame it with clippers and a saw I broke down and paid the $20 for the Machete and cleared the whole mess in an afternoon.

  20. A cold steel two handed great sword will cut any machete in half, if not more
Except maybe a cold steel brand machete. That'd be cut in half at the most

  21. Yeah, was having a look at the 18" looks pretty sweet for it's price. The sawing side looks pretty useless tho.

  22. never say never
