Americans do it right the first time. You idiot do you read numbers well : Mustang SVT Cobra 390HP Honda Civic 141HP.
Round 2 : Mustang price $43,759 and 390HP Honda Civic $21,600 after $50,000 $71600 265HP. what loser can't see that numbers don't lie USA cars have no real need to be modified but if you put 50 thousand into a jap and 50 into an american the american will still win.
Dude take an IQ test and change the signature to Antidomestic sucks ass.

sorry but i disagree. im a ford fan and a nissan fan so im on both sides here. but you can buy a B13 nissan sentra se-r and swap in a DET. after spending $8000 on motor plus upgrades plus maybe $2000 on the car at the most you have a car that will hold its own with a cobra. it may not win but it will keep up. then you got $40,000 left over. that is FWD vs. RWD. now if u start talking about RWD vs. RWD, a S13 nissan 240sx with the same motor and upgrade the internals, throw on a nice upgraded turbo, larger intercooler, etc..... with $40,000 left over there is almost no limit to what u can do.

so u talk about a $43000 car plus $50000 ($93000) dumped into it. $50000 on some imports does more that u think and that is including the price of the car.

thats why i see no reason for anyone to slam on imports and we already know that domestics put out some nice stuff. so why hold grudges?

    wasnt made for looks.....

  7. Re: Looks nice..

You are an ignoramous. If you knew something about cars you would know that Mustangs are not good. a couple of reasons why are.
a - Reliability, mustangs fall apart after a couple of years.
b - Efficiency, Mustangs chew the gas, and don't produce enough oomph. They have a very low hp/litre ratio.
c - Lack of potential, you can't improve the block at all without changing the whole car. The engine has a cramped space to fit in. try fit a turbo in there.
d - Pseudo Sports car, anyone seen driving a Mustang is enduring a mid life crisis to own a flashy car. Having the looks without the prestige.

Back to the Saleen, does anybody notice it in Bruce Almighty.

  8. Re: Looks nice..

haha, probably the first american built car that actually looks nice.

  9. Re: Looks nice..

a-mustangs only fall apart when people run them into the ground, just like any other car.
b-horsepower/liter means jack shit for performance. "horsepower sells cars, TORQUE WINS RACES"
c-there are plenty of upgrades for stangs, both superchargers and turbochargers. read up on it. quite a few mustangs are twin turbo.
d-don't even go there with prestige. the mustang has a big history, dating all the way back to 1964.
