2. Seriously - that's exactly what I said.

3. No, I have. Honestly, none of them hold a flame to what the Mclaren is.
4. Now I won't rest 'til I find them in higher res.
5. good luck lol
7. sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo hot
8. Why is it you don't believe them on what chassis it is?

And thank you for the pics, love them!
9. Some details don't match. The most important of which is that #013 as we know it had Gordon Murray's signature on a corner of the brake balance foil (rear wing) and that doesn't seem like something that anyone with half a brain would paint over. The car Bingo has now doesn't feature this visual cue. There's also an LCD screen mounted under the right side of the dash that wasn't there before (perhaps could have been added) and a very odd panel under the front bonnet that I've never seen before on any F1 that also was not there before.

Still a lot of the other visual aspects of the car do match, but I'd prefer we get a shot of the chassis plate, or someone we trust puts a set of eyes on it before confirming this as fact.

Bingo doesn't really say in so many words that the car is chassis #013. Their listing when translated calls the car 'McLaren F1 13'.
They sold #013 once before and weren't forthcoming with the chassis number at all at that time, so I am hesitant to believe they have changed their policy on this.

10. Ok, I wasn't sure which chassis Gordon signed on the rear air brake. If I'm not mistaken, the car is the same color, but there definitely is no signature in the picture above.

Not trying to argue, you've probably forgotten more than I've learned. Just trying to chat and pick your brain
11. No problem at all. If I have a theory about something I've got no problem sharing it. Perhaps someone else can pick it apart or add that one little piece of evidence that moves it from theory to fact or theory to "what-was-I-thinking?".

12. I know I have pictures of two F1s with Gordon Murray's signature. The one which you say is chassis 13 on the rear air brake, and another, which I think is chassis 73 off the top of my head, near the chassis plate
13. What is this odd panel under the front bonnet? The bumper looks different to me, but I don't see anything else that stands out to me
14. This thing - and it wasn't there a year earlier when #013 was in the UK nor when it was in German at Auto-Salon-Singen.

While views under the front bonnet aren't terribly common, as mentioned I've never seen one on any other F1. Strange...

15. Ah, ok! I didn't see that picture before, which leads to my confusion. I haven't seen many pictures under the front bonnet, but I don't remember seeing that either. Perhaps one of the owners along the way decided to put that in there to cover the (whatever is under there)???
16. looks stock, you can see the "NWOOD" and part of the silver pipe thing... under it.
17. An F1 owner who has 'enhanced' his car has stated that even he doesnt know what it is for, although hethinks it may be a cover for maintenance so the mechanic doesn't interfere with the air con pipes.....
18. LOL why dxo u have a photo of a baby under ur name any way doess someon on this forum own a mclaren F1
19. He's a proud father.

No F1 owners on this forum, but we've had a handful of them make their way through the McLaren F1 forum on

20. I personally think it cleans up the looks under there, but cover up anything but the pipes...
21. I really need to update that pic - he's 2 1/2 now
22. Ok so after work there is an A1GP lead up event on in town and there will be a McLaren F1 there, as well as Denny Hulme's 1968 McLaren M8A Can-Am. THERE WILL BE PICS I PROMISE. Anything particular you guys want to sees?
23. Always want to see the chassis plate - it's just ahead of the shifter on the right chassis spar. If the doors are not open it can be seen and photographed through both the windshield and right side window.

Depending on the car there might be other things I'd want to see. If it's a GTR detailed shots of the interior are always appreciated. Basically though, I have never met a set of McLaren F1 photos that I didn't really like so bring it on!

Thanks in advance for whatever you can capture.

24. tons of engine pics of the M8A.
25. Doors weren't open and I couldn't get to the other side of the car. Security stoppped me getting too close, I tried to get detailed shots, but the camera isn't the greatest. Uploading soon...
