The Mercedes 190 EVOs are among the most exciting tourism race cars ever built. When the 190 2.3 16s appeared in 1983 it made debuts beating several world records at Nardo speed ring including the 50 000 km ran at 246 km/h, definately a very well born car. With its Cosworth 16 valves engine and famous 5 arms rear suspension, it was technologically a very modern car in many aspects. The first derivated race cars appeared in ETCC prepared by the french team “Snobeck”, after very good results it decided factory to built race cars via AMG. Most of them raced in the DTM championship winning a lot of races and titles until 1994 driven by first class drivers as Klaus Ludwig beating BMWs.

This car has a AMG body serial number : WDB2010341S000017 built in 1989 and raced in DTM, in 1991 it was entered in the French Supertourism Championship and never used since. It has very high specifications 2,7 engine produicing 340 HP, DTM type suspensions, brakes, rear axle, gear box, roll cage, 17” inches central locking wheels ...

It’s in untouched original condition, never altered. The body was never crashed or damaged, but the engine needs to be rebuilt as the block is broken ( a complete good condition 2.5 EVO road version engine comes with to take the parts ). Car is complete and is a very intesting project as it’s a very quick and fantastic sounding emblematic race car.
