Just spoke with Scott Mullen the owner of Mullen Motor Co. He said that within 4 months this car will be available with a Northstar V8 that produces 300bHp (normal) or 380bHp (performance chip). This will give a weight to HP ratio of 5:1. Show me a car under $100,000, even $200,000,that can boast that. No numbers are out yet, but with 380bHp and a weight of only 1900lbs this should rocket from 0-60 at around 3.5 seconds. Top speed? The sky is the limit on that.
