Muscle Pain

    One of my back muscles near my right shoulder is killing me. No idea how it happened, just started hurting on my way home from university yesterday. Do those icy hot patch things work?

    It hurts my concentration(Tylenol and advil anyways), I know it's really weird.

    And yes fluct i'm sensitive to caffiene or sugar, having fruit juice, pop or coffee reduces my ability to remember.
