My favourite Porsche

Discussion in '1990 Porsche 911 Turbo 3.3 Coupé' started by corvettefanatic, Jan 27, 2003.

  1. This was the last of the true 911s, before Tiptronic, before awd. I love this body style, it is a classic design that still looks modern today. Add that fact that this was the only year of this body style to have a 5-speed instead of the 4-speed, this car is guarenteed its spot in Porsche history and folklore.

Since there is no pic here, I'll post one for all of you.

    AFAIK 1992 911 Turbo (964) was last RWD 911T...

  4. I owned a 911 turbo a couple of years ago, and like every car, i've owned, I gave it some serious modifications. When I was done, it had 542 HP, twin HKS 15psi turbochargers, and it weighed only 3052 lbs. That was the best car I ever owned, too. I have a 1999 Mercedes SL500 that I also modified, but it doesn't have nearly the same feel to it...
