put the playstation controller on the ground a slowly walk away
in real life?
that's a magic end to your post. i'd be interested to see the LM time
Is that with the Stage 4 Turbo?
Has anyone checked is the GT4 track 100% accurate, as in if one drives say 50km/h round it with ps2 and IRL would the times match.
By which I mean it gets more and more unrealistic the more traction is needed.
Damn, I was so thinking of driving there this summer, but know I think Im missing it again. 3000km is too much for my puny adventure abilities.
GT4 is faster than Real life .
in real life all you computer guys wouldnt be able to complete just a single lap
Well f***... I know that! Me playing GT4 was just a side remark. All i wanted was someone to tell me how fast it is round the track.
I'd give it a 7:40 at best, be realistic it's a 10 year old car.
The thing that most impressed me was the Jag XJ220 doing a 7:46.
Any predictions for the McLaren f1LM with slicks?
on forza with the racing mclaren i couldnt get below an 8 i dont think. my attention span isnt that long to drive that track. and someone with too much time did measure the one in forza but i cant remember what the outcome was.
well arent you just f---ing useful.. <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/smile.gif"></A>
I'd say 7:25 - 7:30
Unfathomably fast. That things suspension is still mind blowing today, and on that one really long straight a 241mph top speed comes to mind. You do the math.
Stage 3 N/A tune obviously. Don't forget to change the oil for an extra 70 hp, even though its brand new. I play GT4 too, but don't think that because you can do a 7'10 time in GT4 with a similarly powered car, you can predict how quick the Mc F1 will be. In GT4 I can drive the BMW M3 GTR to a 6'30 lap and it only has 444 hp, but in real life, with Dirk Muller driving, the quickest lap was an 8:47 in the 2005 24 hours race.
No, because it takes about 4 miles for the F1 to go from 100 to 241 MPH, and how would the suspension be any better then the Carrera GT or Zonda F?
the top speed of 241 mph onyl could be achived at the end of the long straight Doettinger Hoehe
Thats what i said.
Yes but it did with slicks .
Obviously you didnt .
1. The 8:47 was with the GP track included
2. Only use SUPER HARD racing tyres and aids off for plausible times
Not even remotely, 210 mph MAX
well, considering the fact that the F1 has softened suspension for the road, and its over 10 years old, it's suspension would presumerably be worse than the CGT or ZF, so basically, this guy is a complete retard
7:43.98, of course.
