Name one worthy opponent for this car(not another Ferrari)

Discussion in '1995 Ferrari F50' started by F50_Rulez, Nov 15, 2002.

  1. Name one car that can be an worthy opponent for the F50 in term of overall performance.

  2. Re: Name one worthy opponent for this car(not another Ferrari)

The Lamborghini Diablo SV. I actually drove this car in NFS HS and beat this car.

  3. Re: Name one worthy opponent for this car(not another Ferrari)

What you said is soo sad. You "actually" drove the cars? Wow so the SV must beat the F-50. But in the grown-up world not a chance.

  4. Re: Name one worthy opponent for this car(not another Ferrari)

i agree i mean you play a video game and you think that a car is better. the F50 is much better than any lamborghini. the Need for speed is sponsered by lamborghini so they exagreate the cars

  5. Re: Name one worthy opponent for this car(not another Ferrari)

NFS isn't a realistic game, I F50 would handel better in real life. Things are modified in that game like, turning and ect.

  6. Re: Name one worthy opponent for this car(not another Ferrari)

    McLaren F1
    Dauer 962LM

  7. Re: Name one worthy opponent for this car(not another Ferrari)

Lamborghini murcielago is beaten by f50 in Japan,it's from the latest
beat motoring vcd.ffo is 2 s alap faster than the lambo and 1s a lap
faster than the porsche 996 gt2

  8. Re: Name one worthy opponent for this car(not another Ferrari)

    GT2 and Carrera GT.

  9. Re: Name one worthy opponent for this car(not another Ferrari)

he said in the overall preformance.

And does any one know that anoying kid named Gamer55. We are arguing about Land Rover and hummer (which one is better) and all the sudden he says he won a Land Rover and Hummer. If you know him go under the hummer and then go on *much better than land rover!!!!!!!!!!!* and tell him to go away. PLEASE!!!

Best Motoring Japanese test, best lap:

    Ferrari F50 : 1'38"604
    996 GT2 : 1'39"788
    Murciélago: 1'39"795

    (?circuit?)

F50 is 1.2s faster than Murcielago, 996 GT2 is 0.008s faster than Murcielago (no difference). They are in the same class.

Zonda C12 S is another compeditior to F50.
    At Hockenheim:

    Zonda S: 1'11"8s
    Murciélago: 1'12"0
    (0.2s faster than Murciélago)

    1.76 mile Lotus track:
    Zonda S 1’24”5
    Murciélago 1’26”2
    (1.7s faster)

Zonda is probably similar to F50, or a little faster. But not all Pagani Zonda are the same! Standard Zonda S 7.3 is 555 hp, but some with racing exhaust have 585 hp, and Horacio Pagani claims others have app. 600 hp in racing spec!!! Standard Zonda S with 555 hp is probably like F50.

Mclaren F1 is much faster in the straits than F50, but F50 is probably better for the track (Murcielago, 996 GT2, and Zonda S are maybe also better for the track).

But 962 Dauer LM is super fast, in the straits and on the track. It is not in the same class.

  12. Re: Name one worthy opponent for this car(not another Ferr

there is no worthy opponent for this car. Maby a mclaren f1 in a strait line but not a RACE TRACK. (HAS TURNS)

  13. Re: Name one worthy opponent for this car(not another Ferrari)

Bugatti Veyron.. definately up there with this

  14. Re: Name one worthy opponent for this car(not another Ferrari)

There are many cars that can compete, here are some:
    1. Bugatti 16/4 venyron
    2. Lamborghini Murcielago
    3. Porsche 911 carrera Gt

  15. Re: Name one worthy opponent for this car(not another Ferrari)

    Name me a realistic game...

  16. Re: Name one worthy opponent for this car(not another Ferrari)

    Too fast fer the Ferrari...

  17. Re: Name one worthy opponent for this car(not another Ferrari)

    Mclaren F1 LM
    Dauer 962 LM
    Koenigsegg CC

All three are faster around a track.

  18. Re: Name one worthy opponent for this car(not another Ferrari)

first off, alot of those cars wouldnt beat it. and second off, whys everybody acting like the McLaren F1 cant turn? the car is nto american, so that means its able to turn, so dont dogg on it because it cant turn. THe GT2 is way cheaper yet almost as fast, and the murcielago wouldnt stand a chance. its kind of too big.

  19. Re: Name one worthy opponent for this car(not another Ferrari)

    1. Lamborghini SE30 Jota
    2. Lamborghini Se30
    3. Lamborghini VTTT
    4. Lamborghini VT
    5. Lamborghini SV

Have I made my point clear?

  20. Re: Name one worthy opponent for this car(not another Ferrari)

Also the Mosler Mt900 Photon and it's **GASP** American.

  21. Re: Name one worthy opponent for this car(not another Ferrari)

A shitload of cars could beat this. XJ220, McLaren F1, Carrera GT, Ford GT40 MkII, Dodge Viper GTS-R, Pagani Zonda C-12S, Lamborghini Murcielago, Lamborghini Diablo VT, Lamborghini Diablo SV. Need I say more?

  22. Re: Name one worthy opponent for this car(not another Ferrari)

The GT40 MkII is a Lemans Race car, hardly a fair comparison. Probably not the standard F1 either, only the Lm due to a lack of downforce on the standard F1, although it certainly doesn't handle badly.

  23. Re: Name one worthy opponent for this car(not another Ferrari)

    D. within its price range, even much lower, the Carrera GT will absolutely spank this. SPANK. whats that in the Best Motoring race? GT2 looses by a little over a second? the Carrera GT will hand the F50 its ass.

  24. Re: Name one worthy opponent for this car(not another Ferrari)

    McLaren F1 GTR

Reasons: F1 REAL cockpit, 1995 LeMans WINNER, Better 0-60, Better 0-100.

F50: ZERO LeMans wins, ZERO GT wins, ZERO wins at all (ZERO wins in any race of this world)

  25. Re: Name one worthy opponent for this car(not another Ferrari)

    Bugatti EB110

Reason: Same class of F50 (NEVER went in a race but speaks very well)
