Neglected Vettes

    They belong to Peter Max, the artist, they were originally part of a contest that VH1 had in 1988. Somebody won them and then Peter Max bought them from the guy with the intention of using them for an art installation (or something like that). Anyway he stored them in the parking garage of a building in NYC and just left them. He finally got around to moving them recently and said that his intention now is to put together a set of 50 Corvettes and auction the entire lot off.

  6. theyre not neglected. theyre in good shape.
  7. just leaving them for a decade or even two, without looking after them, is neglecting in my book
  8. They should find owners who are willing to restore them.
  9. Not that hard to fix.
