    it was just built for the sultun of brunei(sp?)

    i think K-dero has the explanation for it on the supercars.net messege boards.

    the sultan of brunie had 8 f50s. did he just put this body to one of his already purchased f50s? because i think ferrari had the complete package for the sultan when he purchased it. ferrari didn't make any enginge modifications or changes to the f50 engine, but i do believe that the bolide does have an engine.

    if it has no engine why does it say it has a V-12 and 520 hp??

    It does have an engine. It's the same engine as the standard F50. It's the same car as the standard F50 but with a new body stuck on to the chassis.
