Doesn't look like a road car? It's a converted race car, you idiot. How many brain cells do you have? I bet I could count them with my hands.
then ya, its not originally a road car, i dont see anything beauty in it im sure tht if it was slooooow, u will say tht its very ugly. for you ppl, FAST implies beautiful
incorrect. This car is a perfect example of form and function in perfect balance. The car is a masterpiece of aerodynamics and is a beautiful car, something hard to come by these days. (cough Aero)
Aerodynamics doesnt mean beauty. its a flat rectangular car with 4 wheels + lights on each corner of the rectangular.
has been conceived as road car in 1992 and is based on the 962 Group C race car. Was homolgated and regstred for road use in 1994 and then converted back into a GT1 race car than won the 2hhrs du Mans in 1994, last victory for the 962 ever!

Its funny in Need for Speed the cops were quoted as saying "we're in hot pursuit of the Scighera". haha Like most cops would even be able to name regular supercars on the street.
Technically just a modified car, but I recall from early nineties a DeTomaso Pantera that was so expensively conceived it would justify the "One of" statue. The trouble is I dont have pics or much info of it, since Ive long since lost the magazine it was featured in. So, maybe someone else remembers: - It was deep red - It was probably made by some american shop, most likely based in California. - The guy ordering the car had connections to Nasa and the exhaust was made from some special material, which was apparently difficult to handle since the first version was a failure and more of the material was needed. I made an attempt to search this a while ago, but nothing came up.
PGN1 - i have no idea about this red tuned De Tomaso You talking about basman007 - The only one that comes to MY mind when thinking of tuned Pantera's is JEHLE PANTERA with 650 HP TT engine also available in racing version with 8.0 liter 1000 hp engine (1987) another one made : heavily tuned Studebaker Commander Hardtop
