2. Is there some problems going on with the website?

Just wondering, because I couldn't get on for the longest time and thought I was banned so I made another name up and got on, but my original name wasn't banned and then I was able to get back on as I Hate RustStangs. Did anyone else have those problems?

3. Ya I could'nt read any posts for a few days, nor leave any. It was saying that they were all deleated and/or the original authors were banned. I guess they had a problem with the main program. Somebody pushed that red button that say's "DONT TOUCH".

4. Ya same here I thought I was banned and I was like DAMMIT WHAT THE HELL DID I DO! but I guess nope just server problems.

Yeah same here. I e-mailed supercars.net a couple of times asking them if I was banned and why. Then I found out they moved to a different server, and had some problems. Yesterday I was finally able to post.

6. I thought it was some more intentional stuff to get us to buy the premium membership or whatever. Despite slowing the site down and all the damn popups and ads I will never pay for membership. On principal, the internet should be free. . Anyways, glad they didn't ruin the site and lose all members...

Forget paying for a so-called "personal webstite" and ridding you of pop-ups.....it's insanity!!!

You pay.....and get really nothing much in return of the price payed.

8. If I want to have a personal website, i'll get a free one. I waste my money on other things. Things with 4 wheels.

9. Drove Mustang 4 1st time 2day

I drove a Mustang GT for the first time today. It was gunmetal gray with the "Torque Flite" wheels. I really would have like to have been able to drive the "Bullitt" Edition Stang b.c. I've heard it's exhaust note is quite sweet. Just like Ford to do something stoopid like make it ltd. edition.

Anyway, this may see weird, but It didn't feel that different from a Type S Acura RSX. I mean, hey, a car's a car, right?

Of course, it has a lot more torque so when I forgot to downshift when slowing down, it didn't really bog down, like the Acura would have. But still, the shifter was not that different, the clutch was actually "better" and even the noise, while being of a diff. timbre, was similar in volume.

The Acura has a better quality interior but the Ford's is more than passable. However, the driver's side armrest is hard plastic. Not fun. If the car was a little narrower, and more "butch-looking" like the Steve's car in '68, or Tom's in "Vanilla Sky" it would be better.

I think that the reason that the Mustang also sells better, in addition to just being a better, albeit slower car than the F Bodies, is that it has an easily identifiable visual link/heritage with the original.

I mean, i didn't care for mustangs or camaros before basically I saw the all black car of Vanilla Sky and realied how cool musclecars could be. And, of course, the current Mustang with those wheels reminds me of that car, along with it's bassy exhaust note.

And to all the domestic-haters out there, there's a reason that there is a spate of films with domestic cars all of a sudden [and motorcycle films also] (...60 seconds, Blade, F&F, XXX), the newest one being Diesel's 67? GTO where he says, "I want all that stuff [guns, etc] in here."

I don't personally think that the GTO is as cool as a 67 or 68 charger or a 68 fastback but still...
and on a side note, I think that the Merc. Marauder "sux."
in that it doesn't look half as bad ass as it should (altho. it's hard with a sedan, altho. the E55 and M5 look mighty mean {despite being 2X the $})

10. What the hell are you talking about...you said "Anyway, this may see weird, but It didn't feel that different from a Type S Acura RSX. I mean, hey, a car's a car, right?" Are you on crack. The mustang gt didn't feel any different than the rsx? A cars just a car? Their are so many freakin things different between those two cars I don't think I would have room to list them all. Please never say anything like that again.

This site is awful, its slow, intentionally, with a rediculous amount of unessessary pop-ups, and never works proporly. They want me to give them money to make it like a regular site? Please. I mean, why the hell do they need so many damn pop-ups? Does it cost THAT much money to go to the SVT web site and get pictures and say that they are now "Premium" pictures, or is it just that no one wants to pay to coem here?

12. I must agree but this site is so addicting that I dont even really care about the popups anymore and when the site is being slow i just sit there and wait.
