NSX Type S, don't have Radio?
It have A/C, Cessette, Bose Sound System, SRS Airbag System, Titanium exhaust tip, Spare tire, Floor mats, Remote, 6 disc CD changer, car cover, antenna extention, and a Honda Navagation system, you can have all that in the Type S while you still have the same performance.
I have showed this before, you guys just keep on coming and saying the Type S / Type S Zero is stripped for racing, then how about the Z06? what does it have?
Just go back to any road and track in 2001 and it'll tell you the Z06 runs 13 sec in 1/4, maybe it can do it faster, but Type S runs at least 12.877 in Best Motoring, it's a video.

Should I say you sshould do some more researh?

  2. one of the best sports cars on the planet.

with the facelift of the nsx, honda has rejuvinated a legendary car. everything about it is amazing. from the aggressive sculpted front bumper and lights to the razor sharp tail lights and spoiler. and the side air vent is amazing too. the bonet scoop adds to the aggressiveness as well. but it's still extremely elegant with the sloping roof line and gorgeous new alloy wheel designs. and the performance figures quoted here are wrong too. the new nsx can do 0-60 in 4.8 secs as tested by the british autocar magazine this week. top speed is still 170mph. it also retains one of the best chassis ever produced, honed by ayrton senna. the price has also dropped from £69000 to £59000, making it a relative bargain compared to the equivalent ferrari. i have downloaded videos of the old nsx crushing the porsche 911 and even beating the ferrari 355 in the quarter mile, and honda have mangaed to shave almost a second off the old cars 0-60 time so this should compete well with the 360M. we already know that it handles as well as anything else on the road, it's acknowledged as one of the best handling cars ever, and it's half the price of a 360M. there's nothing that can touch this performance for the price. and don't say the zo6 because there is no way that it drives as well as this.

  6. I saw a nice orange 2002 Acura NSX at the auto show and it looks awesome. The car looks so much better in real life. When I get the photo's developed I'll post them.

  13. I agree with everything except performance for price. This is a much better car than the Z06 but the Z06 is faster and cheaper.<!-- Signature -->

  18. don't know, maybe the Type R...<!-- Signature -->

  19. i never said it could take on a GT2. this car can do 0-60 in 4.8 secs (fastest ever recorded was 4.5 on the old model). this wasn't designed to take on the GT2, it was made as a rival for the standard 911 and that is reflected by the pricing.

however, if they ever release a Type S Zero version of this (like they did of the old one) it should be closer to the GT2...i'm guessing 0-60 in 4.1 secs.

    Want me to prove it!
Why don't you start by reading up the forum that I started "Z06 has better handling then the NSX"

Or maybe you should just pick up a magazine and you could learn yourself!

    A) Corvette has wider tires giving it better grip
    B) Corvette has a better weight distribution ratio 53/47
while the NSX has a ratio of 49/51
    C) Corvette has a more powerfull engine making shorter work of
    turns.
    D) Corvette competes against the 360 Modena, the NSX can't even
    touch either of those cars.

I don't think the link works anymore to that article, since the review was done a few months ago, but I'll give you the just of it. The compared these three cars, the NSX, the Corvette, and the 911 Carrera. The Corvette proved to be the quickest around all the turns.

Now before I get a bunch of people who want to defend the NSX, mainly Chii, who have to say is get a life! I can't believe how pathetic you are spending all you're time on just one car, almost every single forum you have the last word. But to everyone else, no I do not hate the NSX, and I DO NOT THINK IT'S OVER PRICED. Personally I think its a great car, and I would love to own it one day, its perfectly balanced in everything, however, if we are just comparing performance sorry the NSX does not win when it comes to the likes of Lotus, Corvette, or Viper.

To Nightmare21, next time you want to say I'm wrong why don't you try proving me wrong!
