I'm not too sure. It seems that BMW are doing M versions of everything lately and I don't think thats a good idea.

  2. Re: Should BMW do a M version?

they need an M version to compet with MB, and with an M version it could keep pace with a vette, but why woulnt they, the only M versions they have are the M3 and M5 and they have had both of those for about 15+ years now, so really they havent come out with anynew M versions in a while

  3. Re: Should BMW do a M version?

Why not? I think an M-Z4 would be a great idea... a fast little roadster to really compete with the likes of the Lotus Elise, Vauxhall VX220 (Opel Speedster), and the S2000

  4. Re: Should BMW do a M version?

i think it would prove a good decision

  5. Re: Should BMW do a M version?

this already beats the stock s2000 by a bit (around the track). i think they should make the MZ4 (if thats what they call it) to compete with the mb slk32 amg, Jag XKR, etc...

  6. Re: Should BMW do a M version?

Yep. An M version of the Z4 would be really nice. They should do something bout the steering, though.

  7. Re: Should BMW do a M version?

hell yeah they should make an M version, that would be awesome!

  8. Re: Should BMW do a M version?

They could do a M version, but only with an engine of they're own
Not the S54M3 engine and just tune it a little. I don't think they will make an Z4M anyway.

  9. Re:

    why not with the S54?
