  4. BLUE
  5. lime green or black
  6. Will you post the Supertest? Please
  7. with the Gallardo SE, Superleggera and now this, they have gotten times much slower than other magazines none of the being supertests, just single tests. what gives?
  8. The Superleggera did a 1:10.9, before the Scud and GT2 it was one of the fastest cars safe the super-exotics. Hardly much slower then the other mags.
Maybe the LP560 time will be improved in the supertest.
  9. Indeed. :S
Looks like they must have had a couple of kegs in the passenger seat...
  10. 54.000 € of optionals!!
ok: egear + CCB + rear glass = 30.000€. but the other 24.000?
    Sat? TV? Rear view camera?
  11. This thing weighs more than my old Volvo 760, and has a stupid flappy paddle gearbox. Lame.
  12. The LP has the same power to weight ratio as the Superleggera but uses a lower rolling resistance Pirelli Corsa tires. In the winding road test (LP560 vs GT2 vs SL63) they said that the tires are inadequate compared to the brakes. Maybe this is one reason the car is relatively slow on this lap compared to older, less powerful versions of the Gallardo. If this isn't it I would agree with DrVertigo they have a keg of beer in the passenger seat.

    1:10.9 - Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera, 530 PS/ 1528 kg (sport auto 06/07)
    1:11.3 - Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 (w/beer keg), 560 PS/1590 kg (sport auto 08/00)
    1:11.8 - Lamborghini Gallardo, 493 PS/1496 kg (sport auto 12/03)
    1:12.2 - Lamborghini Gallardo SE, 520 PS/1640 kg (sport auto 11/05)
  13. Yes ^^ Sat. TV. Rear view camera. <A BORDER="0" HREF=""><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/smile.gif"></A>
  14. SE is 100kg lighter than a Superleggera?
  15. I was wondering about that too. At a Lambo forum, people were saying the 2006 updates got substantially heavier. They speculate that extra bracing for the spyder version may have been added to the coupe as well.
  16. No. 1640 kg as tested. <A BORDER="0" HREF=""><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/wink.gif"></A>
  17. im talking about straight line speed. as posted on also, they had the Gallardo SE doing 200 in 14+ seconds even though we know it can do it in the mid-high 12s!

then they had the Superleggera to 200 in 13+ seconds even though it could do it in the high 11s low 12s and now the LP560 is still very quick, but not as quick as other tests have shown it to be.
  18. Okidokes. 1640kg is rather heavy though, autobild tested an SE as well and it was 1520kg (as listed in the Nurburgring thread)

Oi Ajzahn! The weight spec in the Hockenheim laptime thread is wrong for the Gallardo SE.
  19. Autobild said the SE was something like 1640ish kg too when they tested it on the Nring.
  20. from nring thread its listed as:

    7:56.65 155.57 km/h – Lamborghini Gallardo SE, 520 PS/1560 kg, Tom Kristensen (AutoBild 02/06)

    could be wrong too

  21. Verde Ithaca
  22. 1640 kg is the weight as etsted by sport auto, see Nurburgring lap times, fixed now
  23. this is the right weight for the Gallardo SE
  24. WEll, Sport Auto isn't known for their best acceleration times, so i wouldn't pay too much attetntion to those.
  25. they have great acceleration times for their supertests, but once it comes to the single test, not on the Nring, their Gallardo SE, Gallardo SL and LP560 times are subpar.
