Tell me it's not a replica.

  1. I know but you can easily see the interior looks way too new

  2. New interiors are installed in old cars every day. If your acid test for real/fake is newness of the interior you're eventually gonna get chumped.

  3. Then I guess it's pretty much impossible to judge

  4. the only way is to take a look at the chassis No.

  5. Not really, I'm just saying from a couple of exterior photos it's difficult to tell... especially if a fussy owner's a stickler for making it look original.

  6. The shitty thing is, I've never seen one in real life yet <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/sad.gif"></A>

  7. don't feel bad about it, I already sat in one

  8. damned <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/sad.gif"></A>

    There are so many cars I haven't seen yet. Loads of classic Porsches I still haven't seen like 904, 906, 908, 917, ... This sucks. I haven't even seen a CGT yet <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/sad.gif"></A>

  9. the CGT sucks much grande, visually its the biggest disapointment ever after the modena

  10. In vids and pics it looks stunning

  11. I took this pic, it looks great in it. Live it didn't felt special at all

  12. Yeah I saw that pic before, very nice

  13. If Porsche Rennsport Reunion I hadn't happened at Lime Rock Park back in 2001 (3 hours from my house), in all likelyhood I would not have seen any of these cars either.

You're from Belgium IIRC? You should go to Spa or N'ring for one of their Porsche Weekends sometime (I know I want to! <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/wink.gif"></A>). I REALLY want to do Le Mans Classic & Mille Miglia one of these years when I'm feeling rich.

  14. Yes I'm from Belgium and the N'ring would be awesome. I've been to francorchamps many times, they have a Porsche days weekend each year but it hasn't got many classics <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/sad.gif"></A>

  15.
  16. CGT is kinda boring. I can see/touch one everyday if I want.

  17. pay a visit to the d'ieteren collection in brussels.

easy entrance and some damn nice cars

  18. Do they have a webpage? Because I can't find anything about the collection.

  20. no

you just have to go to the d'ieteren head offices (somewhere in the centre of brussels, adress is at their site).

there is a normal showroom there, and if you ask they will let you enter the private collection of mr d'ieteren himself. (or better phone shortly before visit)

  21. And what kind of special stuff can I expect? + Am I allowed to take pics there?
