if we're talking about street-legal cars that look normal-ish, this car is hard to beat still too much luxury stuff for me though; would make it even lighter...
Hell, it's one awesome car! And look at its Nurburgring Nordschleife lap time. At 7:50, it beat the Gallardo, Gallardo SE, Caterham Superlight R500, the Ferrari F430, Diablo GT, and teh 2005 RS4. Hella great car.
Well the GTR isn't street legal and costs 10 times more. <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/disappointed.gif"></A>
It's not really a manual, it has a sequential box, so you can only select the gears in order, and there's only 2 pedals
The last great vehicle BMW ever produced in the 3 series line-up is concerned, that's just my own opinion. Hell even though it was just a one-off project the E46 M3 GTR, shocked and stunned the world over, with its accelerative and on-track performance, seen on (at the time Speedvision) racing against 911 GT3 RSRs in the 12 hours of Sebring in 2001, too bad technicalities pledged them, while they where dominating in GTR class the whole entire race.
