Meh, at least I'm not one of those annoying people with a 3" exhaust Honda. I thought people stopped doing that like 10 years ago.
I've said it multiple times already. If/when I install the exhaust it will likely be paired with a turbocharger, and it will NOT be loud. If it is, resonate it. Bam. End of story.
Sometimes I wish I was a rally car driver, so I could experience real air (I'm waiting on the new tire to arrive). Also, I installed a Sony DSX-100 recently. First off, Sony products can seriously be so annoying sometimes. Had to rewire the thing three times to get the ipod sound working. Turns out you have to crimp the light blue wire to the blue with white stripe wire. Ugh. Anyway now that it's installed, I am very impressed for a cheapo $120 CDN deck.
Why is there a random cubby-hole hanging out in your center stack? My car's got it too, but weirdly, Honda decided to at least give it a hinged door on my Civic.
It's just a pocket with no cover. The oem stereo took up the entire space on the '02s. Later models got a single din with a pocket underneath which had the door. I bought a used aftermarket single din dash thing. It has no door (never came with one). At first I thought it might be annoying and would make crap fly everywhere when accelerating, but the angle it's at works very well. And I never leave anything that looks shiny in there for security reasons. I would have prefered an oem unit with the door, but they seem to be hard to come by. As well,the RSX sucks for storage cubby's as there is no arm rest. I welcome the extra space to throw my wallet and cellphone in there when I have a passenger taking up the other seat. Here is the oem unit, that took up the entire space. For sale, if anyone is interested...ha ha ha. It's a 6 disc with cassette. It is HEAVY.
