I will say the obvious, the 1971 Hemi 'Cuda Convertible. The 1962 Plymouth Sports Fury. (The Super Stock Short Ram 413 version)
Funny, I was just in a garage with five '70/'71 Hemi Cuda Convertibles and a '70 Hemi Challenger Convertible. Didn't seem so ultra rare at that moment, haha.
There was only 11 of the real '71 HEMI 'Cuda convertibles. Not sure on the other two. I only remember the '71 #s because of Barrett-Jackson.
Fastest production muscle car (10s ETs).. Mr. Norms Dodge Dart GSS.. a 440 packed so tight that you couldn't turn the wheel all the way without hitting the headers with the tires. Of original 48, 12 known to still exist.

A 1971 Mach 1 with the 429 drag pack option. They look the same a a 71 mach 1 with a ram air so no reason to post a pic. I think they made less then 100 of those bad boys.
