I think some people just don't understand how incredibly special this car is. It's been developed primarily for privateer racing efforts, and is based on an FIA spec. LeMans prototype! The performance of this machine is on a completely different level than that of an Enzo, LP640, Saleen S7, Bugatti Veyron, etc, and even a McLaren F1! For example, consider the power to weight ratios: LeBlanc Mirabeau: 700 hp in 1790 lbs: 782 hp/ton Saleen S7 Twin Turbo: 750 hp in 2950 lbs: 508 hp/ton McLaren F1: 627.1 hp in 2513 lbs: 499 hp/ton Bugatti Veyron: 1001 hp in 4500 lbs: 445 hp/ton Ferrari Enzo: 660 hp in 3020 lbs: 437 hp/ton Lamborghini Murcielago LP640: 640 hp in 3671 lbs: 349 hp/ton ..... and I haven't even considered the advantage of the downforce produced by the Mirabeau's LMP body and huge wing. I wouldn't be surprised if it was twice that of a normal supercar! This thing is in it's own league!
Yup....I couldn't agree more. Also you overlooked the Merc. SLR 722 Edition, Pagani Zonda F, Koenigsegg CCX, and Porsche Carrera GT, because for example consider their power to weight ratios vs. this: Mercedes SLR 722: 650 hp in 3898 Ibs: 354 hp/ton Pagani Zonda F: 650 hp in 2809 Ibs: 510 hp/ton Koenigsegg CCX: 806 hp in 2601 Ibs: 683 hp/ton Porsche Carrera GT: 605 hp in 3042 Ibs: 438 hp/ton .......we've not even mentioned the advantage of downforce produced from the LMP body and huge wing. Just something to ponder over again and again! Yup......defiantly in a league of it's own! Can't deny it's supreme performance.
Hey retard NO Caparo can compare. The crappy Caparo ALL caught fire and bunred to the ground in testing. The whole project of the Caparo failed terribly and produced ZERO CARS
