    The S7 would win. Its lighter, has more horsepower, torque, and downforce. This car produces so much downforce, it could drive on the ceiling at 170mph.

    If your question was which would you rather own, thats a different matter. I would still rather have this car, because it is one of my personal favourite cars ever. But I can understand people who would rather have the F50. When you buy a Ferrari you are buying history. You get a piece of the mistique that comes with driving a car with the Prancing Horse on the nose.

    I would take the S7. I personally love Ferraris but I think that the F50 is ugly. I think this S7 is gorgeous, and I would take this over the Ferrari anyday. They both will run circles around anything else with wheels except maybe a McLaren, so I didn't take performance into consideration.

    It's pretty even but I think the Ferrari is a bit better overall.
