Thats exactly how it works.
2. Re: twin engine? why?

i saw this in car and driver.. they also showed the mosler raptor and other cars.. they sould have the raptor on here its an amazing machine and every year the mosler guy mas a series of 1 lap races and the raptor allways kicks every one else's ass
3. it's not like it couldn't get 0-60 5.1 with one 600bhp engine.

guss they couldn't do souround music anyway else ;)

i'd take an esprit over this any day, any time

5. Re: twin engine? why?

It makes the car REALLY fast.
6. Re: twin engine? why?

I have always wondered why no one has done this before, but you would think that they would do a better job.
7. Re: twin engine? why?

There have been many twin-engined cars made before
8. Re: twin engine? why?

perhaps a spare engine, because the 1st one is unreliable,
9. Re: twin engine? why?

The resones are because Cadillac designers are a bunch of stupid morons that could not tell the diffeance between a semi and a ferrari. Secondly they are trying to make a car better than the 59 cadillac. yeah right like that could ever happen in reality.
10. Re: twin engine? why?

The resons are cadillacs new disigners are complete morons and could not tell the diferance between a Semi and a Ferrari. They also want to make an Eldo better than the 84 Eldorado. Good luck morons.
11. Re: twin engine? why?

This is a tank.i got no more to say about this "car".
12. Re: twin engine? why?

I think anybody would take an Eprit over this.
13. Re: twin engine? why?

It ain't that fast, obviously. An Evo 6, say, with half just half the power can make this eat dust..
14. Re: twin engine? why?

BOTH the engines are unreliable. Well, it may not be that bad, but pound for pound, it's a complete waste of money.
15. Re: twin engine? why?

Guess what? I am working on a 2 engine land speed record car!

Engine: twin 626 cubic inch V-8's ,8 turbos per engine runnning 105 psi of boost

Power: about 25,000-35,000 HP

Acceleration: 0-to-60 in 0.4 seconds
1/4 mile: 3.5 seconds at 400 MPH
Top speed: 1300 MPH(est.)

Transmisson:22 speed paddle shifted manual with auto shift on 1-10th

Costbout $3 million

I don't have pic's yet.
16. Re: twin engine? why?

actually you aren't making that
lets not lie
17. Re: twin engine? why?

You all are a disgrace to society... you would rather own a typical ford pinto type car rather than the ONE AND ONLY Twinstar concept. I would take this car in a heartbeat. I bet this car could run an 11s or better in the 1/4 mile.
18. Re: twin engine? why?

I think so. It is indeed a stupid concept.
19. Re: twin engine? why?

Actually, 3 Twinstars exist.
20. Re: twin engine? why?

Why, you ask?

Cuz he CAN!!!
21. Re: twin engine? why?

hey buddy, not to be disrespectful or anything, but that sounds like crap. You know what you should do?? Ill tell you... you should go wash your hands after writting all that, really, go wash your hands and scrub it hard.
22. Re: twin engine? why?

Makes those 4-cylinder engines, and I think you have a winner. Or weiner. hehehhe weiner.
23. Re: twin engine? why?

I seem to remember hearing of a Mercedes A-class that was given to a retiring McLaren F1 driver that was twin engined. I think it was running 2 2.0L 4cyl engines, one driving the front and the other the rear.

I think it'd make more sense having two 4-cyls in a little b!tch car like the A-class than 2 V8s in a 3,000kg yank tank.
24. I like the idea
25. just think about how stupid some people are they couldve just supercharged or twin-turbocharged for 300-hp
