    i heard that they banned this car from a few races because it was unbeatable. and yes i agree it is but ugly

    Yeah, the split winshield is supposed to help a lot aerodynamically.

    Ugly, yes.
    Functional, god yes.
    Yea, it was desinged to go fast, not to look good or sell.

    "supposed to help a lot aerodynamically" My theory is the split windshield causes the air to shed, and miss the rear wing, taking away downforce, and increasing top speed.

    FYI, Sharp leading edges are only aerodynamic at speeds over Mach 1.

    it may be ugly , but it kicks a 911 GT2...Exeption for the top speed but where except on a race track can you drive at 290+ KM/H ?

    Ummm... yes it very ugly! not fast but 0-60 in 3.9 is not bad

    Yeah, the body looks ugly, but it seems to me that only the cockpit shell looks ugly. The rest of the body is hodge-podge, which means its mismatched, so the car's looks don't exactly blend together. It looks ugly because Mosler wants to have an aerodynamically functional car, or that they want to be the laughing stock.<!-- Signature -->

    This is, well... a very strange car. The windshield is ugly as hell. But hey, if it dominated in competition, who cares what it looks like? Racing cars aren't made to be pretty.<!-- Signature -->

    I was gonna say it looks like a modified Porsche 914...and ditch the stealth fighter-like windshield..

    actually, i would rather have a nice car with sweet stylin, because i dont think id ever need the true power- i mean how many murcielago owners to you think really try and take it to its top speed??
