Don't know, but nice photo.
It's a 5300 GT Strada. I'm not sure with it having T-Tops if that makes it a special model or if that was just an option though.
I'm honestly not even sure if it's a Strada 5300 or a GT 1900 from that angle..

Yeh, 5300 Spider it is then I reckon, here some more pics of another one.
I also added a dark-red 1900 pic to show that the differences are really small on the outside, though I think the 1900 has only been sold in Europe.

only 3 are made, and all are owned by the same guy if i'm not mistaking
we talked to him at Concorso Italiano 2004 when he had 2 of them along
