1. comparing this to a DMC is like a new MR2Spyder to a 1998 Ferrari 355F1. thats the class difference, let alone price.

Well, no one's done it yet (I don't think) - but a guy down my alley owns a red one of these, and its nice.

he never did drugs, he was never a dealer, and he was cleared of the charges. he was a money launderer, and he was cleared of that two. i have seen a comparison here like that.

5. Re: Who ever compares his to DeLorean, your a shit...

Yes he did deal drugs. His company was doing bad and he was desporate and he was caught. Thats why they dont make DeLoreans.

6. Re: Who ever compares his to DeLorean, your a shit...

You guys know nothing about Deloreans except Delorean DMC 12 rocks JZD was never convicted of dealing drugs and the whole drug thing with the car being stainless steel very very wrong.

There are many reasons why the D is no longer made but drugs is not one.

7. Re: Who ever compares his to DeLorean, your a shit...

no
my fiero could open up a can on your DMC. O wait, you don't have one. do you?

8. Re: Who ever compares his to DeLorean, your a shit...

O.J. was never convicted either was he? The fact is, both cars have their strong and week points. For example: The Delorean has one gas strut holding up an overloaded heavy door and the Fiero has some reliability problems. But with V-6's they have good power for the day, look awsome and handle like they're on rails. Sitting around arguing about drugs and money laundring is not the answer. Lets act like adults here OK.

9. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What does the fact that he was caught dealing drugs have to do with anything???!!!

This guy built the dodge charger as well. It really doesn't matter. What does matter is that both cars are unique and fun to drive. The fiero is a much better performer but who cares. I would rather you drive a Delorean than a Civic. The "Stainless Steel"(yes it is made of this) is atractive, and the interior looks exoticly foreign. You only need a flux capacitor I wish you would all act like civil adults really! I like Deloreans so please be quiet.

10. Well if you think about it the This and the MR2 are the only two cars in the Deloreans class, all three are very simluar to each other in one way or another.

The only major diffrence is price, the MR2 while it was released was pretty expensive i think somewhere in the 9k 10k mark i cannot remember. The Fiero was the cheapest out of all three at around 7k for an SE or 9k for GT. The Delorean was very expensive at the time costing well over 40k. All three performed around the same to, and all of them are now popular donnors in the world of kitcars. So if you think about they are all in the same class the MR2, Fiero and Delorean.
