I always leg at closer to 90. Works more interior thighs, which I need cause I don't do fly. <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/sad.gif"></A> I look ghey when I do it.
Weird. I'm not sure I've ever seen a variable angle leg press sled. All of them have variable back angles, but never a variable track angle. Like thses: http://www.warehousefitness.com/ProductImages/CLS-P118.jpg http://www.leehayward.com/exercises/calves/leg_press_calf1.jpg
damnit, you need to get more specific, cause now you're making me look like I'm making outrageous claims.
That's the kind the Gold's Gym I go to has. There's some huge dude that I see there regularly that does ludicrous weights on it. I don't know how much, but he had a row of 45lb weights about two feet wide on each side. Each weight is like 2" wide. I also saw him doing the standing calf raise on a machine like this: http://www.donoliver.co.nz/images/CT-2016%20Standing%20Calf%20Raise.jpg He had it all the way maxed out (300lbs) and stuck three extra 45lb weights on it. The dude looks like exactly what I don't want to look like though.
I don't know if I want to gain any more weight, it would make climbing harder, and climbing is hard enough as it is.
I do, seriously. My fingers are weak as shit, I should find little mini-dumbells to duct-tape to my fingertips so I can do curls all day. My fingers are gonna be fockin' JACKED, BRAH!!!!!
Wouldn't you just have to buy one of those spring grip things? My dad has something like that to improve his grip and hand endurance (can't think of a better way to say that) for dirt biking. And Koko, how many pull-ups (of any grip) can you do? How many miles can you run and how quickly?
Don't those #$%# your wrists though? I've got enough going against my wrists. Typing, playing bassoon, piano, fapping without ever really stopping, etc.
This will sound kind of weird, but is there anyway to sort of bulk up your wrists? Mine are #$%#ing tiny. I realize you obviously couldn't gain a lot of size without just piling fat on them or something, but will wrist curls and shit actually make them bigger at all, or is that all forearm?
I just get a 10lb plate and hold my arm out straight and flex my wrist up and down. That works for me.
Not a ton, but to my knowledge, there's really not many other ways to increase wrist size short of fat. There really isn't actually much in your wrist. It's mostly tendons and bone.
Yeah, I was pretty sure that was the case. I'd just like to be able to wear a watch without it being a woman's or something, hahaha.
