windows xp help

  1. how do you disable the file system check thing that happens when you dont shut down properly?

    Use DosBox from SourceForge.net, I use it for any old PC games that don't work properly in XP.

    There are a few basic config file changes to make (listed on website) but it's really easy to use (you just drag the icon for the program onto the DoSBox icon on your desktop and it runs ...)
