  1. according to the new dupont registry you can get a dodge viper gts coupe final edition for 75k Here's the exact caption:

2002 DODGE VIPER GTS COUPE FINAL EDITION. A collector's dream now available at Galeana's Van Dyke Dodge. The final edition Viper is a limited production model offered in Red with White Stripes, Red stitched Black leather wheel and shift knob, a numbered dash plaque, distinguishing each individual car in the series. Be a part of history for only $74,998. Call (586) 573-4000.

now i think that is a pretty good deal. of course i dont have that kinda money but for the rich people that do they can get it cheap. of course if i had the money i would even buy it for full price.

I wouldn't buy it for 75k, i'd rather spend my money on something a little better than a Viper IMO.<!-- Signature -->

If I were rich then no doubt I'd buy this one. It would be badass to be able to say that you have 1 of 360 Vipers made, final editions that is.

    I would. No question.

Caterham R500 or Mosler MT900 for me. Sure the Mosler is a bit more expensive, but oh well.

The Viper is on the list of cars I'd love to own though.

  6. Re: Would You Buy it for 75k?

As soon as i get 75K i am getting a viper simple as that. It is the best sports car ever, it has the look, it has the speed, and it is parts of the worlds best sports car breed.

You can say whatever you want but there is no dening the power of Vipers!!!!!!!!

Same here. Unfortunately for me, though, it's more expensive in Canada, thanks to the exchange rate. Here, it'd be about $110k +. No matter. I'll own one if it kills me.

  10. Re: Would You Buy it for 75k?

Yeah, it's a ***** trying to afford nearly any car here in Canada. Even a Z06 runs 75k+.

  11. Re: Would You Buy it for 75k?

For a car that origanally was conceived to be just an engine to be dropped into a Daytona Cobra(Bob Lutz's), then later made into a car to pay tribute to a great car that was more brwan than brain, I would say yes, I want to have a part of history, and one of the greatest cars every built.

  12. Re: Would You Buy it for 75k?

If I had the money, I would purchase this thing in a heartbeat.

ANYway, my fellow car enthusiast, I have a question and I need an answer from someone who knows cars a little better than me. (This question is coming from my pure curiousity) What do you all think the 0-60 time would be on a stock 1996 Dodge Intrepid, with a 24 valve, 3.5L, V6 Engine, with about 215 HP?

    Thanks.

  13. Re: Would You Buy it for 75k?

...do you want it from experience? Or do you want an estimate? Not like it matters, cuz i'm stumped. Anyone got an old-enough magazine?

  14. Re: Would You Buy it for 75k?

It actually has 214hp, as for 0-60 its 8.7 sec or 8.3 w/performance & handling package

    hoped that helped

  15. Re: Would You Buy it for 75k?

    It did....thanks.
