  2. Haha......a family station wagon can do that 0-60

-Put a little less emphasis on interior and little more effort under the bonnet!!!

  3. Re: Haha......a family station wagon can do that 0-60

    lol
dude is actually true, hehe, ive got an old wagon that can do 0-60 in like 8 with sandbags in the back for my winter drivin!
take some of that weight out an pow,i can shave a few seconds off that time
an the car has 310hp,5.0litre V8 with over 300 ft lbs of torque(or however that toque stuff works out)
but hey,its just a hitty old wagon... not like im gonna spend any time takin seats out or doin weigh reductions when i could buy a nice new integra or some other asian mobile

  5. Re: Haha......a family station wagon can do that 0-60

subaru impreza WRX wagoon runs in under 6.6 the sedan runs a 5.6 i think the wagon runs a 6 flat time

  6. Re: Haha......a family station wagon can do that 0-60

Funny...but at least this looks better than a station wagon...heheh

  7. Re: Haha......a family station wagon can do that 0-60

That time is a conservative estimate since a regular 330i sedan can go 0-60 in 5.7 seconds.<!-- Signature -->

if you have such a problem with the cars speed ill take it and you can keep the station wagon ;-)

  9. Oh god, not the WRX comparisons again.

The WRX is Honda Civic gutless off-boost and sounds like a
old VW Beetle. The doors "clank" shut. The interior sucks,
and I've seen nicer carpeting in bus stations. The car is a
    collection of cut corners.

Now, it handles impressively, corners nice and flat, and it
is indeed spirited when you get into the boost. But that is
about it. I like the thing, but the WRX certainly isn't the
final word on anything - not even Subarus, at that.

People who look at WRX 0-60 numbers and the 330 0-60 numbers
and think because they possess the mathematical skill to just
blindly compare the two haven't the slightly bloody idea what
    they're talking about.

The real-world torque and powerband flexibility of something
like the 330 is a lightyear beyond a tin-can like the WRX. I
like the WRX but it's simply not the same thing, and no misuse
of magazine performance figures changes that fact.

I'm sick and tired of hearing children explain to me how WRXs
are "faster than Audi S4s" because they run 0-60 in about the
same time (assuming you drive the WRX like transmissions grow
on trees) when they refuse to admit that IN THE SAME TEST, on
a road course, the S4 walked away from the WRX to the tune of
more than two seconds per lap. Faster? Yeah, right.
